5G Internet is $100 additional per month (subject to availability), or bring your own

First month rent, and $600 refundable deposit required at booking and cleared prior to arrival. Payments accepted through Zelle (ACH/debit card) or Avail (owned by Realtor.com). Tenant will reimburse Landlord for any credit/debit card fees incurred by Landlord over $10 per payment.
Maximum RV length is about 28-30 feet, and unit must be a fully self-contained factory build (RVIA or CSA). All vehicles in excellent condition. No Park models, DIY conversions, destination trailers, etc. Photos required.
The gravel RV pad has a gentle slope of approximately 1.9%, or about 14 inches from front to back over the 60 ft length. The rear one-third of the pad is under a large maple tree. Bring leveling blocks, if needed.
Studio flex-space, laundry, and bathroom will be closed and unavailable each day from 10pm-7am.
All occupants must sign on lease (jointly and severally), and pass a background check. Minimum credit score of 680+, plus verifiable income of $55,000+ annually.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs allowed at any time. No parties, loud music/vehicles, etc.
Small pets on a case-by-case basis; maximum two (2). No pets allowed in the studio flex-space at any time. Photos of pets required.
